Requirements and limits

Primary tested environment: Chrome on Windows. Other browsers and mobile devices are not verified. Unzip before opening, keep the same file location and browser profile, and export JSON backups regularly. Supports up to 1000 records, JSON imports up to 2 MB, renewal dates from 2000 to 2199, and monthly or annual billing. Currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, QAR, JOD and AED; no currency conversion.

Important before purchasing

This tool does not contact suppliers, cancel subscriptions, advance renewal dates automatically, send emails or synchronize across devices. Calendar exports are snapshots; notifications depend on your calendar settings, and calendar-app compatibility has not been verified. Browser data can be cleared or unavailable. CSV is a review format, not a restorable backup. Amounts are annualized estimates, not invoices or verified savings. Supplier confirmation is a reference entered by you and is not independently verified.
