NORYTAL Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital products

NORYTAL products are delivered digitally. Because access to a downloadable product may be provided immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final once delivery or access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When to contact us

Please contact NORYTAL if you were charged more than once for the same order, cannot access the purchased file, receive a corrupted or materially defective file, or believe the product delivered does not match the product purchased. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

License selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the license that matches their intended use. The Individual License is for one user. The School License covers authorised internal use within one school or campus, subject to the license terms shown on the product page.

Change of mind

Where a digital product has already been delivered or made accessible, a refund for change of mind may not be available, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
