NORYTAL Terms of Sale

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance through the checkout process.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically using the delivery method shown at checkout or after purchase. Customers are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and software for the stated file format.

Licenses

Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the product under the license identified on the product page. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing or commercial repackaging is prohibited unless NORYTAL gives written permission.

School licenses

Where a product is sold under a one-school or one-campus license, use is limited to authorised internal users within that school or campus. Additional schools or campuses require an additional license or written agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment method made available at checkout. NORYTAL does not ask customers to submit payment-card details through its general contact form.

Taxes and charges

Applicable taxes, duties or payment-related charges may be calculated or applied according to the checkout configuration, the customer’s location and applicable law.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the NORYTAL Digital Product Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Product scope

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of a downloadable product does not include a subscription, hosted SaaS service, future unreleased feature, implementation service or professional advice.
