Permitted use

NORYTAL products and website materials may be used only for lawful purposes and within the scope of the license purchased.

Responsible use

NORYTAL operational tools do not replace safeguarding, human resources, legal, privacy, retention, mandatory-reporting or other required organisational procedures. Users remain responsible for applying their authorised policies, professional judgement and applicable requirements.

Sensitive information

Do not place sensitive personal, student, case, credential, payment-card or confidential organisational information into storage locations, AI services or sharing environments that your organisation has not approved.

Intellectual property

NORYTAL retains its rights in its products, documentation, designs, methods, trademarks and other protected materials. A purchase provides usage rights only as stated in the applicable license.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website or products unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the website or its security, misrepresent your authority to use a license, or resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially repackage NORYTAL materials except where expressly permitted in writing.

Availability and changes

Digital products may be improved or updated over time. Unless expressly stated, purchase of a downloadable product does not create an entitlement to a future hosted software service, subscription or unreleased feature. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or other operational reasons.

Third-party services

The website and checkout may rely on third-party services for commerce, payment processing, digital delivery and related functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
