Is this a hosted SaaS application?
No. The current commercial beta is delivered as a structured Microsoft Excel workbook. It is the first commercial implementation of NORYTAL’s operational assurance model.
Who is the Individual License for?
It is intended for an individual leader or professional using the toolkit for their own authorised work.
Who is the School License for?
It supports authorised internal use and adaptation by a leadership or operational team within one school or campus. It does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing or multi-school use.
Do I need specialist software?
The current product is supplied as a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbook. A compatible spreadsheet environment is required to use it.
Does the toolkit replace our existing school systems or policies?
No. It is designed to support structured operational follow-through. It does not replace safeguarding, HR, legal, privacy, retention, mandatory-reporting or other required organisational systems, policies or procedures.
Should sensitive case information be entered into the toolkit?
Only information appropriate to your organisation’s approved systems and practices should be recorded. Avoid duplicating sensitive information into personal cloud storage, unapproved AI services or unauthorised shared folders simply to demonstrate completion.
